The Certificate III in Business Administration is designed to provide you with the necessary computing and administrative skills you need for further study or to enter an administrative role in a variety of industries.
 
Course Content:

The course will give you skills in office administration, customer service, basic accounting, team dynamics and IT, including creating databases, spreadsheets and business documents

The course will expose you to business theories, concepts and models used in the business environment

You will develop basic business skills by working on case studies, projects and a range of activities where you will be assessed against the competency standards specified for the qualification

Upon mastering the competencies in the Certificate III program, you will be able to apply the knowledge and skills gained in the areas of office administration.

9 weeks, 4 days per week

2009 - 16 February, 6 May, 20 July, 5 October

Entry Requirements:

Successful completion of Year 11 or Equivalent.

IELTS 5.0 or Equivalent Level (no band below 5.0).

       Viva College Students - Completion of VIVA College's EAP (with minimum of C level Pass)

Offshore Students - Must present an IELTS score or the Equivalent Level of an internationally recognised English Proficiency Test (Eg. TOEFL, TOEIC).

Local Students - Must sit the Entry Test which is conducted every Tuesday at 3.00pm prior to commencing the course.

Articulation Pathways:

Successful completion of the Certificate III in Business course allows students direct entry into Viva College’s Diploma of Business Studies
